1,620-HECTARE PAX SILICA AI HUB PROPOSED IN TARLAC

A 1,620-hectare site in New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac, has been identified for the proposed Pax Silica AI Industrial Hub.

According to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, the project is intended to support the growth of artificial intelligence, semiconductor manufacturing, and other advanced technology industries in the Philippines.

BCDA also said the development plans to use rainwater harvesting, treatment, storage, and recycling systems to reduce pressure on nearby water resources. The government is also studying longer land-lease terms to attract major foreign investors.
