AWRA BRIGUELA CALLS OUT PROFESSOR OVER ALLEGED OFFENSIVE COMMENT

Awra Briguela called out a professor after an alleged offensive and transphobic comment circulated on social media.

In a post, Awra expressed disappointment over the remark, saying educators should uphold professionalism, respect, and basic human decency. Awra also stressed that people in teaching positions should not contribute to online bullying, humiliation, or discrimination.

Awra later shared that several people, including students, had privately reached out to raise concerns about the professor’s alleged behavior. Because of this, Awra said they are considering formally reporting the matter to the school administration.

The issue has since gained attention online. As of the latest reports, neither the professor nor the school has released an official statement.
