CANDY PANGILINAN WEIGHS IN ON JENNYLYN MERCADO–PATRICK GARCIA ISSUE

Actress and comedian Candy Pangilinan has shared her perspective on the recent discussion involving Jennylyn Mercado and Patrick Garcia.

During an appearance on the talk show “Kalurks,” Pangilinan said she would have preferred for Garcia to communicate directly with Mercado before addressing the matter publicly. She suggested that a private conversation might have helped resolve the situation in a calmer and more personal way.

Pangilinan also highlighted the importance of considering Jazz, particularly when family matters become part of public discussion. She noted that children deserve sensitivity, understanding, and protection, especially when they may be affected by issues involving their parents.

She further emphasized that greater care should be exercised when speaking publicly about family concerns, as continued attention and commentary can also affect the children involved.

Pangilinan expressed hope that similar family-related issues can be handled with more privacy and consideration moving forward.
