DIWATA HOPES FOR SECOND CHANCE FROM PUBLIC

Food entrepreneur and social media personality Deo Jarito Balbuena, better known as Diwata, is trying to win back customers with a roaming pares cart in General Trias, Cavite.

After his viral brand Diwata Pares Overload expanded to several areas, many branches eventually closed due to operational struggles. Diwata also faced online criticism over customer service, management, and food quality.

Now selling on a smaller scale, Diwata says he has changed and hopes people will support him again.

“Libre na ang picture ngayon at malaki na ang pinagbago ko. Mabait na ako ngayon at lagi na akong nakangiti,” he said.
