The family of the late basketball standout Rene Clert Baterbonia returned to the beach in Dipaculao, where the tragic incident occurred on June 8. His parents and siblings visited the area to remember and honor him. Baterbonia, the Palarong Pambansa 2025 basketball MVP, died together with his Nigerian teammate, Divine Adili, during a team-building activity involving the Ateneo Blue Eagles.
