Former Miss Earth Philippines 2016 titleholder Imelda Schweighart and comedian Tuesday Vargas have sparked online discussions following a heated exchange on social media.

The disagreement drew attention after Tuesday asked Imelda to stop tagging her in social media posts while expressing her support for the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly transgender women.

“Please lang, huwag mo akong ma-tag tag sa mga posts mo. I am a big supporter of the LGBTQIA+ community including our trans sisters you malign,” Tuesday stated.

Imelda responded with a sharp remark aimed at the comedian:

“Si Choosday ay maihahalintulad natin sa buko. 'Yung akala mo may laman, bokya pala.”
