James Reid opened up about losing nearly ₱150 million following problems linked to a former business partner at Careless Music. He said the amount represented most of what he had earned and saved throughout his years in show business.

Speaking on Gary Valenciano’s Unshaken podcast, James shared that his girlfriend, Issa Pressman, stood by him during the challenging period. He credited her support for helping him accept the situation, regain hope, and begin moving forward.
