JOEL TORRE IS JOINING THE INTERNATIONAL ENSEMBLE OF KIDNAP GAME, AN UPCOMING FUJI TV THRILLER THAT BRINGS TOGETHER ACTORS FROM ACROSS ASIA.

Fuji TV announced on May 22 that the Filipino actor will appear alongside Lee Joon-gi, Alice Ko, Stanley Yau, Carrie Wong, and Pluem-Narupornkamol Chaisang. The drama is led by Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi, whose casting was revealed earlier.
The series follows a high-stakes abduction mystery involving families in several Asian cities, with each character forced into a dangerous contest to save someone they love. Torre plays Miguel, a Manila-based taxi driver whose grandson is taken, pushing him into the center of the game.
kiDnap GAME is part of Fuji TV’s major international push and is being produced with partners from Hong Kong and South Korea. Fuji TV previously said the project is planned for its October 2026 drama slate and has already secured broadcast or streaming plans in 18 countries and regions.
