KAREN DAVILA STRESSES TRANSPARENCY AND JUSTICE FOR FAMILIES OF FALLEN ATHLETES

Broadcast journalist Karen Davila called for truth, transparency, and a thorough investigation into the deaths of Ateneo basketball players Chukwuemeka Divine Adili and Rene Baterbonia.

Davila said the families of the two student-athletes deserve clear and complete answers about what happened. She raised questions on whether there was negligence, why the activity was held at the location, who was present, and whether proper safety measures were in place.
