LAKAM CHIU REPORTEDLY MADE EMOTIONAL REMARK AMID LEGAL DISPUTE WITH KIM CHIU

Lakambini “Lakam” Chiu reportedly made an emotional statement after learning about the legal action involving her sister, actress Kim Chiu.

According to Ogie Diaz, citing a source, Lakam allegedly told a mutual friend that she wished Kim had never “brought her back to life.” The reported remark has not been independently confirmed by Lakam herself.

The statement has drawn attention because of Lakam’s serious health battle in 2023. She was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis and spent seven days in a coma before eventually recovering.

During that period, Kim publicly spoke about the emotional toll of her sister’s condition and remained closely involved throughout Lakam’s hospitalization and recovery.

Lakam had also previously expressed gratitude to Kim and their family for supporting her during the health crisis.
