LAKERS’ PLAYOFF RUN ENDS AS THUNDER ADVANCE WITH SWEEP

The Los Angeles Lakers’ playoff campaign ended after Oklahoma City closed out the series with a 115–110 win in Game 4, sending the Thunder to the Western Conference Finals.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander powered Oklahoma City with 35 points, while Ajay Mitchell added 28 in a strong supporting performance. Chet Holmgren also made key plays late as the Thunder protected their unbeaten postseason record.
Los Angeles stayed competitive until the closing moments, led by Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura, and LeBron James. James finished with 24 points and 12 rebounds, but the Lakers could not extend the series.
The result ends the Lakers’ playoff run and pushes Oklahoma City deeper into the postseason as one of the league’s hottest teams.
