NHA TURNS OVER FULLY FURNISHED CONDO UNIT TO BATERBONIA FAMILY IN DAVAO CITY

The National Housing Authority (National Housing Authority) Region XI has officially turned over a fully furnished condominium unit to the family of Rene Clert “Bobet” Baterbonia at Madayaw Residences in Davao City on July 4, 2026.

During the turnover ceremony, the family received the certificate of award and the unit key, formally marking their new home ownership under the government housing program.

According to NHA, the unit is provided as a full grant, meaning the beneficiaries are not required to pay for the housing. The condo was also equipped with essential furniture and appliances through private sector donations, allowing the family to move in immediately.

The initiative is part of the agency’s continued effort to provide safe, decent, and accessible housing to qualified Filipino families, in partnership with various stakeholders.
