PHILIPPINE PRIDE: YULO BROTHERS DELIVER GOLD-AND-BRONZE FINISH IN ASIAN GYMNASTICS MEET

Filipino gymnasts Carlos Edriel Yulo and Karl Jahrel Eldrew Yulo delivered a proud moment for the Philippines after both reached the podium in the Men’s Floor Exercise final at the Senior Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Asian Championships 2026 in Zunyi, China.
Carlos continued to show his world-class form by winning the gold medal with a score of 14.700. His younger brother Karl also made the country proud after earning the bronze medal with 14.300, giving the Philippines a memorable double podium finish.
Japan’s Shoma Tsukiyama placed second with a score of 14.600 in a tight and competitive final.
The achievement of the Yulo brothers highlights the continued rise of Philippine artistic gymnastics in Asia, inspiring young Filipino athletes to dream big and compete on the international stage.
