ROSMAR RESPONDS TO NETIZEN COMPLAINING ABOUT ₱1-PER-PARCEL PACKING JOB

Entrepreneur and content creator Rosmar responded after a netizen shared complaints about a parcel-packing job that reportedly paid ₱1 for every completed parcel.
The worker claimed she spent seven hours packing and earned ₱243, adding that she became tired and hungry while cutting bubble wrap, taping, and preparing parcels.
Rosmar defended the work setup, saying cellphone use was not allowed because it could slow down productivity. She emphasized that the job was for parcel packers, not vloggers, after claiming the worker had been recording videos while others were working.
She also explained that properly preparing parcels requires bubble wrapping and other steps, not simply placing products inside pouches.
Addressing the complaints, Rosmar said her intention was to provide work opportunities to more people. She also responded to the worker’s request for food, maintaining that the position was specifically for packing duties.
The exchange has since sparked discussion online about productivity, pay, and expectations for short-term work.
