ROSMAR UPDATES ‘PISO PER PARCEL’ SYSTEM, GUARANTEES MINIMUM DAILY PAY

Entrepreneur and content creator Rosmar announced changes to her “Piso Per Parcel” work system, saying workers will now be guaranteed a minimum daily rate.

Under the updated setup, workers will continue earning ₱1 for every parcel packed. Those who fall short of the minimum daily amount will still receive the guaranteed rate, while workers who earn more through the per-parcel system will keep the higher amount. Rosmar also announced a bonus for the day’s top packer.

She reiterated that applicants do not need formal requirements and said she is open to giving opportunities to people with previous prison records, provided they earn and maintain her trust.

In another post, Rosmar shared photos showing workers receiving food and drinks while packing parcels.

“Now it’s more organized! Let’s goooo💖,” she wrote.
