The San Antonio Spurs opened the Western Conference Finals with a thrilling 122-115 double-overtime victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder, taking a 1-0 series lead.

With the win, the Spurs stole early momentum in the West, while the Thunder now face pressure to bounce back and even the series in Game 2.

Meanwhile, in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks are set to begin their series, with both teams looking to strike first and move one step closer to the NBA Finals.

As the Conference Finals continue, fans are watching closely to see whether the Spurs can extend their lead and which team will take the early advantage in the East.
