THAI HORROR-COMEDY ‘PEE MAK’ TO GET FILIPINO ADAPTATION

A local adaptation of the Thai horror-comedy favorite “Pee Mak” is moving forward with an ensemble that includes Wilbert Ross, Bea Binene, Vandolph, Jairus Aquino, TJ Valderama, and Gian Bernardino.

Bernardino is set to make his film debut in the project, while Victor Villanueva, DGPI takes the director’s chair. The adaptation is expected to reinterpret the well-known story for Filipino audiences while retaining its mix of comedy and supernatural elements.

The movie is scheduled for an upcoming theatrical release, with further details about its premiere expected to be announced by the production team.
