TROPICAL STORM MAY ENTER PAR THIS WEEKEND, TO BE NAMED “CALOY” 🌧️🌀

According to the DOST-PAGASA, Tropical Storm “Hagupit” may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) between Saturday evening and early Sunday morning

Once inside PAR, the weather disturbance will be given the local name “Caloy.”

As of PAGASA’s 5 a.m. advisory, the center of Hagupit was estimated at around 1,995 kilometers east of Northeastern Mindanao, still outside the country’s monitoring area. Weather officials continue to closely monitor the storm’s movement and possible effects on the country.

PAGASA advised the public to stay updated through official weather bulletins and prepare for possible changes in weather conditions in the coming days.
