XIAN GAZA DEFENDS ALDEN RICHARDS FROM ONLINE TEASING: “RESPECT HIM”

Xian Gaza spoke up in defense of Alden Richards after seeing netizens repeatedly make jokes and comments about the actor’s sexuality.

According to Xian, there is nothing wrong with being gay, but he stressed that people should still respect Alden if he identifies himself as straight.

He also urged netizens to stop making Alden the subject of constant teasing, saying repeated comments and ridicule could take a toll on a person’s mental health.

“Very wrong. You’re torturing that person’s mental health,” Xian said.

He added that while he personally tends to ignore hate and bashing directed at him, not everyone reacts to online criticism in the same way.
