ANJO YLLANA ORDERED TO PAY ₱3.5M IN DAMAGES AFTER COURT RULES FOR TVJ PRODUCTIONS

Philippine court has ruled in favor of TVJ Productions, Inc. in a civil case involving actor Anjo Yllana, ordering him to pay approximately ₱3.5 million in damages, along with attorney’s fees and litigation costs.

The ruling also imposes a permanent injunction restricting the publication of certain social media content covered in the complaint. The dispute reportedly arose from a series of Facebook Live broadcasts made in 2025, which involved comments about former “Eat Bulaga!” hosts, including Tito Sotto and other former colleagues.

The court decision highlights ongoing legal tensions tied to public statements made online and their potential impact on reputations and business interests.
